iWorksheetz provides AI-assisted educational worksheet generation tools for teachers, parents, and students.
We provide our Services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Use the platform and generated materials at your own discretion.
Except for User-Generated Content ("UGC"), all materials on the Service (including the site/app design, UI, code, logos, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to iWorksheetz and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
For worksheets and other UGC you create or upload, you retain ownership. As set out in Section 13, you grant iWorksheetz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and commercialize such worksheets within iWorksheetz (including credit-based or paid downloads), to sublicense such rights to end users for their personal educational use, and to use non-personal excerpts or screenshots for promotion/marketing, to the extent permitted by law.
We respect intellectual property rights and may remove content that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights or violates these Terms.
You agree not to:
Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, data harvesting, or automation scripts used on iWorksheetz may lead to criminal prosecution or civil claims for damages.
All transactions are processed through Razorpay. You agree to Razorpay’s processing terms and policies. In the event of a failed or declined transaction, we are not liable if the payment is refused by your bank or card issuer.
We do not offer refunds by default for any credit purchase or subscription.
However, we understand that rare issues may arise. Therefore:
You acknowledge and agree that purchasing credits, accessing premium features, or subscribing to plans on iWorksheetz is a non-refundable digital transaction unless explicitly approved by us.
As iWorksheetz is a digital-only platform, shipping is not applicable.
Links provided to third-party platforms (e.g., AI learning resources or payment gateways) are for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or data practices of those websites.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.
Worksheets ("papers") you generate using iWorksheetz may be made available within our in-app Global Library so other parents and teachers can benefit. By creating or uploading such worksheets, you grant iWorksheetz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and commercialize the worksheets within iWorksheetz (including enabling credit-based or paid downloads), and to sublicense such rights to end users for their personal educational use. We may also use non-personal excerpts or screenshots of such worksheets to promote iWorksheetz across websites, social media, and other marketing channels. You retain ownership of your original content. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, no compensation is owed. To the extent permitted by law.
The Service includes features that allow you to upload or provide materials (e.g., textbook pages, ready worksheet images, and other reference content) to assist in generating new worksheets.
