By creating an account for, or otherwise using, iWorksheetz or Recall Learning (together, "the Service") — including browsing publicly available Recall Learning courses without an account — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms.
We may update these Terms and change the Service at any time. We announce material changes in the app, and continued use of the Service after changes implies your acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time.
iWorksheetz LLP operates two services, both covered by these Terms:
We provide our Services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Use the platform and generated materials at your own discretion.
Except for User-Generated Content ("UGC"), all materials on the Service (including the site/app design, UI, code, logos, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to iWorksheetz and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
For worksheets and other UGC you create or upload, you retain ownership. As set out in Section 13, you grant iWorksheetz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and commercialize such worksheets within iWorksheetz (including credit-based or paid downloads), to sublicense such rights to end users for their personal educational use, and to use non-personal excerpts or screenshots for promotion/marketing, to the extent permitted by law.
We respect intellectual property rights and may remove content that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights or violates these Terms.
You agree not to:
Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, data harvesting, or automation scripts used on iWorksheetz may lead to criminal prosecution or civil claims for damages.
Purchases made on our website are processed through Razorpay, and you agree to Razorpay’s processing terms and policies. Purchases made inside our iOS or Android apps are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and billed to your App Store or Google Play account. In the event of a failed or declined transaction, we are not liable if the payment is refused by your bank, card issuer or app store.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, at the price shown to you before purchase, until cancelled. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, inclusive of applicable taxes, and may change on notice for future billing periods.
You can cancel at any time: for website purchases from your account page, and for in-app purchases through your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not offer refunds by default for any credit purchase or subscription.
However, we understand that rare issues may arise. Therefore:
You acknowledge and agree that purchasing credits, accessing premium features, or subscribing to plans on iWorksheetz is a non-refundable digital transaction unless explicitly approved by us.
This section applies to purchases made on our website. Purchases made inside our iOS or Android apps are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us — please raise those requests through your App Store or Google Play account. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
As iWorksheetz is a digital-only platform, shipping is not applicable.
Links provided to third-party platforms (e.g., AI learning resources or payment gateways) are for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or data practices of those websites. This includes YouTube, which is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.
Worksheets ("papers") you generate using iWorksheetz may be made available within our in-app Global Library so other parents and teachers can benefit. By creating or uploading such worksheets, you grant iWorksheetz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and commercialize the worksheets within iWorksheetz (including enabling credit-based or paid downloads), and to sublicense such rights to end users for their personal educational use. We may also use non-personal excerpts or screenshots of such worksheets to promote iWorksheetz across websites, social media, and other marketing channels. You retain ownership of your original content. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, no compensation is owed. To the extent permitted by law.
The Service includes features that allow you to upload or provide materials (e.g., textbook pages, ready worksheet images, and other reference content) to assist in generating new worksheets.
You point Recall Learning at publicly available YouTube videos and playlists. It plays them in YouTube's own embedded player and generates practice tests about the concepts they teach. Watching is always free. Recall Learning does not host, download, copy or modify YouTube videos.
Recall Learning uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos remain the property of their creators and are shown with YouTube's attribution; nothing here grants you rights in that content beyond what YouTube permits.
The Free plan includes one playlist and a daily number of tests, shown on your Plan page. Pro is a recurring subscription governed by Section 8; cancelling keeps access to the end of the paid period.
Pro removes the daily test limit and the playlist limit, subject to fair usage: generating tests costs real compute per minute of video, so each account has ceilings on videos per submission, video minutes per submission and per rolling 30 days, and tests generated per 30 days. These ceilings are set well above normal study and are shown when reached. Automated, bulk or resold use is not permitted.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms — including circumventing the fair-usage ceilings in Section 16 or the Service's other limits — and may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, iWorksheetz LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service or of third-party content shown through it, including YouTube videos and AI-generated material. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
