1. What We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following information:

Required Information

The following information is mandatory to create and use a iWorksheetz account:

• Full Name & Email Address: For account registration and communication.
• Kid's Grade: To personalize worksheet content.

Optional Information

You may voluntarily provide other information, including:

• Contact Details: Such as your phone number.
• Usage Data: Anonymous data like browser type, IP address, and platform preferences to improve our service.
• Approximate Location (country only): Derived from your IP to set currency display; we do not store this location.
• Feedback & Communication: Any information you send to us, such as support queries.
• Payment Metadata: Transactional information from our payment processor, Razorpay, or from Apple or Google for purchases made inside our mobile apps. If you subscribe, we store your subscription status and plan so we can bill it. We never store your card or bank details.

Recall Learning (Adaptive Learning)

If you use Recall Learning, we also collect:

• Account: name, email address and avatar from the Google or Microsoft account you sign in with, and the country and currency you choose.
• Learning Activity: the videos and playlists you add or watch, how far you watched, your test answers and scores, the topics you follow, and the streak and goal counters built from them.
• Interests: the subjects you select, so we can suggest what to study next.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) used for security and debugging.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect your information to:

• Provide and improve services
• Deliver credit and worksheet functionality
• Respond to support requests
• Offer occasional product updates and feature announcements
• Conduct internal analysis to improve performance
• Bill and manage subscriptions
• Build Recall Learning courses, generate and grade practice tests, remember your progress and decide what to suggest next
• Keep course information — such as video titles and availability — accurate and current

3. Cookies

We use standard cookies to:

• Track traffic and page usage
• Remember user sessions
• Analyze aggregate behavior

You may block cookies via your browser settings, but doing so may limit some features.

We are committed to safeguarding your personal data using reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures.

7. Children's Privacy

iWorksheetz accounts are created by adults (parents and teachers). A parent or guardian may set up learner profiles for their children, and a school or teacher may create student accounts for learners in their care; in both cases the adult is responsible for that learner's use of the Service and for the information entered about them.

Recall Learning is for learners aged 13 and over, and for younger learners only through a school or organisation account managed by an adult. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create their own accounts, and we do not knowingly collect data from children outside those accounts. If you believe a child has created an account, or that we hold a child's information without the required consent, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

8. Third-Party Services

We share data with the providers that run the Service:

• Razorpay — payments made on our website.
• Apple and Google — purchases made inside our mobile apps, billed to your App Store or Google Play account.
• Google Firebase — sign-in, including Google and Microsoft sign-in.
• Google Cloud, including Vertex AI — hosting, storage and the AI models described in Section 10.
• YouTube — video information and playback in Recall Learning (see Section 9).
• Amplitude — product analytics. We send a device or account identifier, basic user properties and the actions you take in the product, and set a cookie scoped to iworksheetz.app so the same device is recognised across our site and app. This is used to understand how the product is used, not to advertise to you.
• ipapi.co and ipwho.is — client-side IP geolocation to detect your country for currency display. These providers receive your IP address to respond; we do not store your location.
• Our email provider — account and support email.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. If you join an organisation's course or classroom, its administrators can see your progress within it.

9. Recall Learning and YouTube

Recall Learning builds study courses around publicly available YouTube videos, and uses YouTube API Services to find playlists, read public video details (title, channel, duration, thumbnails and channel subscriber counts) and play videos in YouTube's own embedded player.

By using Recall Learning you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke the access any application has to your Google account at the Google security settings page.

• We read public YouTube data only, using our own server-side API key. We do not request access to, sign in to, or read your personal YouTube account, subscriptions, watch history or private playlists.
• We store limited YouTube information for each course and refresh it regularly so it stays current. If a video or playlist is made private or removed, we mark it unavailable and hide it.
• Videos play from YouTube. When a video plays, YouTube's player may set cookies and collect data under the Google Privacy Policy.
• We do not host, download, copy or modify YouTube videos.

10. AI Processing

Worksheets and Recall Learning courses are produced with AI models run by Google Cloud (Vertex AI) acting as our service provider. To build a course we send video content and related text for analysis, and keep the resulting analysis and the generated tests — not a copy of the video or a stored transcript.

AI-generated questions, summaries and scores can contain mistakes. They are study aids, not certifications or authoritative assessment.

11. Retention and Deletion

Account and learning data are kept while your account exists. You may ask us to export or delete your account through Support or at [email protected]. Deletion removes your profile, progress, answers and support threads within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

12. Global Library & Sharing of Generated Worksheets

Worksheets ("papers") you generate on iWorksheetz may be made available within our in-app Global Library so other parents and teachers can benefit. We do not publish your personal account details alongside such worksheets. Please avoid including any personal or sensitive information about you or children within worksheet content; if included, it may become visible to other users via the Global Library. Access to some worksheets may be credit-based or paid as part of platform monetization; your personal account data is not published with such access.

• You retain ownership of your original content.
• We may moderate, format, or remove content that violates our Terms or applicable laws.

13. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
